Grief Counseling & Spiritual Care

No. You are welcome regardless of your faith tradition, spiritual background or whether you identify with a particular religion. Your beliefs and wishes will always be respected.
Yes. I am a Certified Grief Counselor (CGC) and Certified Grief Support Counselor (CGSC) with specialized education and experience in grief and bereavement support.
No. Certified grief counseling and spiritual care are distinct from licensed clinical psychotherapy or mental-health treatment.
Yes. A Free Consultation (30 minutes) is available for Grief Counseling & Spiritual Care.

No. Grief does not follow a timetable. Support may be helpful shortly after a loss, months or years later, or when an anniversary, memory or life change brings grief forward again.
Yes. Grief Counseling & Spiritual Care sessions may be offered virtually when appropriate.

End-of-Life Spiritual Care

Support may include compassionate presence, spiritual conversation, prayer when desired, blessings, meaningful readings, meditation, reflection and support for family and loved ones.
Spiritual care may be provided at the bedside, in hospitals, hospice settings, homes and other appropriate care settings.
No. Spiritual care is centered around the beliefs and wishes of the individual and family.

Funerals & Ceremonies

Yes. You do not need to belong to a church or particular faith tradition. A service may be religious, spiritual, non-denominational or personalized according to your family's wishes.
Yes. A personalized ceremony can be created to honor your loved one and your family's wishes.
Yes. Your ceremony can respectfully incorporate the beliefs, traditions and wishes meaningful to you as a couple.
Absolutely. Vows, readings, blessings, traditions, family participation and other meaningful elements can be incorporated.
Yes. Baptisms and personalized blessings can be created according to your beliefs and wishes.
A Life Transition Ceremony provides a meaningful way to acknowledge an important milestone, change or new chapter. This may include a home blessing, retirement, remembrance, significant anniversary, new beginning after loss or another meaningful transition.
